Terms and Conditions
If the part is not in stock, production time will take up to 10 (ten) weeks unless expressed otherwise.
There is a 24 hour grace period to cancel your order and get a 100% refund. After 24 hours you will be eligible to get a 75% refund. After 5 days you will be eligible to get 50% refund on the order, after 14 days you will be eligible to get a 25% refund on your order.
24 Hours: 100% Refund
2 - 5 days: 75% Refund
6 – 13 days: 50% Refund
14 days and after: 25% Refund
This is due to the nature of the parts being built to order.

Warranty
​
There is a 1 (one) year warranty on parts for finish and manufacturer incurred defect.
The Warranty will only be extended to the original purchaser and is not transferable to a second owner.
For Warranty claims the original owner must fill out the Warranty Claims form before any action can be taken by contacting info@alpheyga.com
